During a residency in the House Van Wassenhove (1974), this single-person house of the Belgian architect Juliaan Lampens is entirely at the disposal of the resident. The utopian ideas of the architect, the postmodernist architecture and its progressive design, together with the rural location in Sint-Martens-Latem, provide a special place for reflection and isolation. Some of the residencies will be filled in collaboration with the Department of Architecture and Art Sciences of the Ghent University.
